Compensation is based on local competitive market analysis, with a philosophy to pay in the 75 percentile for most positions. Employees have a combination of company-sponsored and stipend support for medical benefits, inclusive of paid time off. Additionally, TMS Business Solutions, Inc., makes an annual contribution to various nonprofits and charitable organizations, including From Foster Care to Fabulous Foundation, which provides financial grants to parents of foster care children. Sustainable Business Practices
Since the global pandemic, TMS Business Solutions, Inc., has been proactive in reassessing the travel requirements for our team members. As such, we:

Continue to intentionally encourage virtual meetings with our clients;

Support working from home for our staff; and

We combine multiple client meetings in cities we are required to travel to when virtual meetings are not ideal.
These measures have enabled the team to maintain sustainable business practices and reduce the impact of our greenhouse gas emissions on the environment since 2020.
