#3. Have Leaders Set The Standard
When leaders consistently exhibit the behaviors they expect employees to portray, it sets the standard for operation within the organization. In wake of the emerging scandals, we learned that leaders failed to exhibit proper behavior. Therefore, reporting of misconduct was not acted upon effectively, resulting in ongoing scandals, large settlement payments and terminations. Compliance starts at the top.
